On the auspicious day of 16th March 2024, a total of 74,351 devoted pilgrims were blessed with the divine darshan at the sacred site. Among them, 34,164 pilgrims chose to offer their devotion through tonsuring, a symbol of humility and surrender. The hundi kanukalu, precious offerings to the deity, amounted to a generous 3.04 Crores, a true testament to the faith and generosity of the pilgrims. Despite the large turnout, there were still waiting compartments outside the main line at the ATC, standing as a reminder of the enduring devotion and patience of the faithful. The approximate darshan time for Sarvadarshanam, the all-encompassing view of the deity, without the need for Special Darshan (SSD) tokens, was estimated to be around 18 hours, showcasing the dedication and commitment of the pilgrims to witness the divine presence.
