E-Sampada Portal is an online platform that falls under the purview of the Directorate of Estates, which works under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. Through this portal, the Directorate of Estates manages 109474 GPRA, 340 Localities, and 62 Guest Houses in 70 Cites online. The platform has 8 Regional Offices situated at Chandigarh, Chennai, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, and Shimla, along with 31 other locations across the country. The Directorate of Estates has automated the booking process for the Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels throughout India. The allotment and advance booking system is exclusively available online.

To register and login to the E-Sampada portal, follow these steps:
1. Visit the official E-Sampada website at esampada.mohua.gov.in.
2. Click on the ‘Login’ button located in the corner of the homepage.
3. Click on the ‘Registration Here’ link.
4. Fill in the registration form with your personal information and submit your details.
5. Verify your mobile phone number through a one-time password (OTP).
6. Once your verification is complete, a new form will appear. Fill in your joining and retirement details.
7. Your registration process is now complete! You will receive a message containing your login details.

E Sampada Mobile App Download

To download the E Sampada mobile application, users must first complete a successful registration in the E-Sampada portal. Subsequently, they are required to update their profile section, providing all the necessary details such as PAN Number, along with a scanned copy of their passport size photo. Once all information is filled in, they simply need to click the “Update Profile” button to complete the process.
