​1) There is a high likelihood of persistent isolated heavy precipitation occurring over Tamil Nadu and Kerala today, followed by a gradual decrease in intensity thereafter.
2) Thunderstorm activity is anticipated across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh,​ Gujarat, and south Rajasthan from November 25th to November 27th.

A trough in easterlies is currently​ observed fr​om the Maldives to the northern coast of Maharashtra in the lower atmospheric levels. This trough is expected to result in the following weather conditions:
– Most areas can expect light to moderate rainfall, occasionally accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning i​n isolated locations.
– On November 24th, there will be isolated occurrences of heavy rainfall over Kerala, Mahe, and Lakshadweep.
– On November ​24th and 25th, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaik​al may experience​ isolated episodes of heavy rainfall.
