Tirupati Darshan Timings Today Status 9.3.2024
On the auspicious day of March 9, 2024, a total of 68,446 devoted pilgrims had the divine opportunity to receive darshan—the sacred sight of the deity. Among them, 28,549 pilgrims chose to offer their hair as a symbol of surrender and devotion through the ancient practice of tonsuring. The offerings made in the hundi, the donation box, amounted to a generous 3.24 Crores, reflecting the deep faith and abundance of the pilgrims. Additionally, there were 30 waiting compartments to accommodate the devotees patiently awaiting their turn for darshan. The approximate waiting time for the general darshan experience, known as Sarvadarshanam, without the use of Special Darshan (SSD) tokens, was estimated to be around 18 hours, underscoring the dedication and commitment of the pilgrims to their spiritual journey.
