These dwellings are looked after by the Central Public Works Department and come in varying room types to cater to the diverse requirements of guests. The eSampada website and mobile application offer a user-friendly interface for convenient online booking and payment. To secure reservations, individuals must pay the booking fee and meet eligibility criteria while also observing time constraints. Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Our services cater not only to current but also retired employees of Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Central/State PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, and Statutory Bodies.

The Central Government has recently introduced a significant modification to the booking process of Holiday Homes, Touring Officers Hostels, and Guest Houses. The digitization of 57 out of 71 holiday homes across India is a testament to this change. However, Touring Officers Hostels still follow an offline application process, leaving 14 of them behind.
