Central Govt Holiday Home Mumbai (Church Gate)

The Indian Government has appointed the Directorate of Estates to supervise the reservation of Holiday Homes and Touring Officers’ Hostels (TOH). These accommodations are taken care of by the Central Public Works Department and come with a range of room types to cater to different guests. To simplify the booking process, interested parties can use the eSampada website or mobile app to make reservations and payments. However, to confirm a reservation, individuals must pay the booking fee, fulfill eligibility criteria, and comply with specific deadlines. Reservation allocation follows a first-come, first-served basis. Our services are open to current and retired employees of Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Central/State PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, and Statutory Bodies.

The booking process for holiday homes, touring officers hostels, and guest houses has undergone a significant overhaul by the Central Government. Among the 71 holiday homes all over India, 57 have been digitalized, while the remaining 14 touring officers hostels still follow an offline application process. The holiday homes bookings are now segregated into three categories: Personal Visit, Guest Visit, and Official Visit, catering to Central government employees and offices. The Central Government holiday home accommodations are priced at reasonable rates, much less than those of private lodges. All eligible individuals can make advance bookings for up to four days, with online bookings open up to 60 days in advance (45 days for pensioners). Additionally, all holiday homes have amenities such as car parking, laundry facilities, and restaurants available for guests.
