The bank has a 200 year history formed through mergers and acquisitions. SBI recently launched a dedicated branch for start-ups in Bengaluru. January 2023 presents a number of interesting dates for bank holidays, including weekends. On the first day of the year, we have a Sunday Bank Holiday, followed by a Saturday one on the seventh. A Sunday Bank Holiday follows on January 8th, and then a Saturday one on the 14th. We take another Sunday off on the 15th, with a Saturday Bank Holiday on the following weekend. Finally, we wrap up the month with a Bank Holiday on Sunday, January 29th, preceded by one on the previous day.
