A complete list of holidays for School, College, and University during the academic year 2022-2023 in Kerala

Generally, all Government schools and Government aided schools are followed the same pattern of holidays declared by the State Government. The State Government of Kerala published a new public holiday list for the year 2022.

The General Administration (C0-Ordination) Department issued an important notification on 21st October 2021, that a new list of public holidays under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act 26 of 1881). The Kerala Government is hereby pleased to declare that in addition to Sundays, expressly defined as Public Holidays in the said explanation, the following days shall be Public Holidays under NI Act in Kerala for the Calendar Year 2022.

First Term Break: The school will remain closed on account of the 1st term break as per the schedule detailed below:

Dispersal: Parents are requested to arrange for travel of their wards as per the above schedule. Communication in the prescribed proforma is to be handed over to the respective housemaster before collecting their ward for vacation. No cadet will be permitted to go home without Parents/Guardian’s consent.
